About our products

Our Sprinttracks are made from artificial turf and double-sided adhesive tape, both of Dutch origin. We deliberately choose these materials because they can take a beating: the dense, short-pile fibre structure is strong enough for daily intensive use and lasts considerably longer than loose, high-pile artificial turf variants. The turf has a pile height of 13mm and a weight of around 3.5kg per square metre. Exactly the balance between sturdiness and comfort that intensive training needs. At Sprinttracks, customisation isn't an add-on, it's the starting point. You decide the length and width yourself, and choose which elements go on the track: numbers, markings, a logo, in the colour scheme that fits your space.

Every order follows the same process, which takes an average of 2 to 3 weeks of production time. What we need from you: your desired length and width, and which elements you're adding, including colours. Want a logo on the track? Our designers check in advance that the details will come out sharp on artificial turf.

The only hard limit is the width, which starts at 1 metre. Beyond that, there's no minimum order: you order exactly what you need.

For us, sustainability starts with lifespan: a Sprinttrack that lasts for years is the most sustainable choice there is. On top of that, we pack as compactly as possible and load as much volume as we can onto a single pallet, so fewer transport movements are needed.

How long your track lasts depends on how it's used. A track in a gym that sits under heavy sleds every day wears differently to one that mainly serves as an eye-catcher. At the end of its life, our artificial turf is recyclable.

Every Sprinttrack comes with a 2-year warranty. If a defect traces back to our production, we take responsibility and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Is something wrong with your track? Report it as soon as possible after delivery. Send clear photos of the issue and describe what's going on, and we'll pick it up right away.

Sprinttracks supplies business customers only, so our warranty terms apply to every customer in the same way.

We ship worldwide, and production time is the same for every country. Once your track is ready, delivery time depends on the destination: within the Netherlands you receive it within 48 hours, within the EU you can count on 3 to 7 working days. Shipping outside the EU? We work out the fastest route per shipment, by sea or by air, and discuss the timeline with you in advance.

Shipping costs are always quoted on request. With almost every shipment, you get a track-and-trace link. For larger shipments, direct tracking isn't always possible, but we'll keep you posted with updates from the carrier.

You install a Sprinttrack yourself. Your order comes with double-sided tape as standard, plus a clear installation guide. Going for a large surface? Then we recommend gluing instead of taping — that takes some experience, so customers usually have this type of installation carried out by our partners. For large floors, we also provide a concrete step-by-step plan, so the installation goes smoothly.

Maintenance is minimal. How often you need to maintain it depends on use: the more intensively the track is used, the more often you vacuum and mop. Don't use chemicals or corrosive cleaning products, they damage the fibres.
